Chapter 3.3 Homework

The modern film adaptation of Dr. Seuss' classic offers a number of great examples of how governments are necessary in order to deal with issues that markets tend not to address themselves (market failures).  In the film, there is virtually NO government presence, which offers many opportunities to discuss what government could do if it were there to intervene.  If you missed our in-class viewing and discussion, the movie is available for free if you are a Netflix subscriber.  Otherwise, see Mr. J for a copy to borrow.
